ORDERING INFORMATION - To place your order for delivery or request information,  please call  (714) 997 4656.  Pricing is based on our minimum order of 50 or more.  These menus are designed for self service and includes disposable service ware.  We also have uniformed service personnel available to set-up, serve, cut wedding cake and clean-up for an additional charge.  Creative Cuisine offers full service with china, linen and other rental items along with flowers and entertainment, etc. OTHER CREATIVE CUISINE MENUS are available on request:  Gourmet Cocktail Buffet Menu,  Hors d' Oeuvres menu, Gourmet Luncheon Menu
