LA CASITA DEL ARROYO CLUBHOUSE

Designed by Myron Hunt and built in 1933. The lumber came from old bicycle tracks built at the Rose Bowl for the 1932 Olympic Games. The Casita includes one large main room, kitchen, fireplace, tables, and chairs. The fee is $91 per hour up until 5 p.m. and $137 per hour after 5 p.m., plus a $300 cleaning/security deposit. 50% reduction for non-profit, and non-resident fee of $30. Music OK. Special permit needed for serving alcohol.
