Job Requirements |
Education/Skills:
BA, or a degree from a post secondary culinary arts training
program. Should have computer skills with a working knowledge of
Microsoft Word etc.
Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff,
peers, supervisors, guests and client. Must be
able to facilitate the communication process.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years as a manager in high volume, and high level
food service.
Physical:
Must be able to stand, and exert well paced mobility for periods of
up to four (6) hours in length. Must have the ability to lift up to
40 pounds in weight. |
